Cheer & Dance Event Producer
Turning a complicated multi-event season into one organized digital hub
The Challenge
Running one competitive event creates a lot of information.
Running an entire season of them creates a small digital circus.
Dates. Venues. Registration. Divisions. Rules. Scoring. Hotels. Bid information. Spectator details. Deadlines. Forms. Policies. Schedule changes.
And all of it needs to be easy to find for coaches, gym owners, athletes, and parents โ often while the information is changing throughout the season.
What We Do
We built the website around the way people actually look for event information.
Each competition has a dedicated destination supported by a larger event structure for registration, hotel information, scoring, rules, divisions, bid opportunities, parent information, and other resources.
The system also allows new events and seasonal information to be added without rebuilding the entire website every year.
For the 2026โ2027 season, the site supports a schedule of 14 separate competitions, including regional events, championships, national events, and a virtual competition.
The Outcome
What could easily become dozens of disconnected pages, PDFs, emails, and announcements lives inside one organized digital system.
Visitors can get from โWhich event are we attending?โ to โWhat do we need to do next?โ without hunting for the answer.
And the organization has a website that can grow and change with every new competition season.
