By submitting a contact form on our site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking Requests

  • Submitting the form is an inquiry only and does not guarantee a consultation, project start, or availability.
  • Bookings are confirmed only after we review your request and send a written confirmation.

2. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information. We are not responsible for delays, miscommunications, or missed opportunities caused by inaccurate or incomplete details.

3. Consultations & Services

  • Initial consultations may be complimentary or paid, as communicated by us.
  • No client–agency relationship is formed by submitting the form. Services commence only after mutual acceptance of a written proposal and a signed agreement (and, if applicable, receipt of a deposit).
  • Scopes, timelines, deliverables, and fees will be defined in the service agreement or statement of work.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible at lorianne@holtmarketingpgh.com or 412-294-8704.
  • We may reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the form by submitting spam, unlawful content, malicious code, or misleading information.

6. Intellectual Property

Any proposals, strategies, drafts, or materials shared before a signed agreement remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, shared, or implemented without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the booking form, including delays, technical issues, or scheduling conflicts.

All consultations and preliminary recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. Results in marketing can vary based on factors outside our control.

9. Privacy

Your submission is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the booking form after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania for any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your form submission.
